Available versions: 2-stage helical worm gearboxes, designed for higher reduction ratios beyond those achievable with a single worm gearbox
Casing: Die-cast aluminum housing (for the pre-stage and up to size 85 of the RS gearbox), grey cast iron (sizes 110, 130, 150 of the RS gearbox)
Power: Up to 8.4 kW (1400 rpm) / 11.3 HP (1800 rpm)
Torque range: Up to 2,860 Nm / 25,310 in-lb
Gear ratios: 25:1 to 800:1
Backlash: 10’-15’ angular backlash
Efficiency: Optimized for high reduction applications with lifetime synthetic oil lubrication
Degree of protection: Available with specialized oil seals and safety shields
Load capacity: Verified according to international standards
